Thank you for choosing Gray Rabbit for your wedding & event flowers. It is our desire that your special event be as beautiful and memorable as possible. We will work closely with you to have everything exactly as you wish. We have found that it is helpful for all concerned to have a clear understanding of our policies.
Events require a deposit to secure the date. The total balance amount is due two weeks prior to the event.
If you decide to cancel, please do so by two weeks before your event, so we may cancel the order with the growers. If you cancel after that date, you will be subject to pay for partial cost of the flowers and any materials (vases, ribbons, wire, floral tape, etc.) that were acquire solely for your event.
Prices and specific details of the agreed upon floral arrangements are included in the “floral estimate”.
Any rental items not returned within seven days of the event will be billed to the party at the replacement value.
